Bryan joined the bank in 2004. He has overall responsibility at Executive Group level for Information Technology, Banking Operations, Investment Management Operations, Visa Operations and the management of the bank's property estate. Bryan has spent over 20 years in retail and commercial banking and has held a number of senior operational positions at both Girobank and the Alliance & Leicester Group.
